26th wonderful years!
Thursday was my 26th Wedding Anniversary. It's hard to believe we've been married this long. It seems like just yesterday we had gotten married. It was 1983. Over the years we have grown and it's wonderful to look back at all the memories - some good, some bad. But all in all - I'm happy that we've come this far.

Another ice storm plagues Arkansas
We were the lucky ones that didn't have a power outage. My thoughts and prayers go out to those people in my state who still do not have power!

Less than 2 weeks until Christmas

Barack Obama is our President!!!!!
I'm overwhelmed with so many emotions. Last night was a victory. We have a first black president. We have a first black First Lady. We have a first black family.
